The squad program
commences with a basic competency of all four
competitive swim strokes.
Squad Training
Times:

Friday 3.45pm to 4.30pm

Squad assessments
are held between 4pm and 4.30pm Monday to Friday to
ensure a suitable squad level.
- Junior
Squad
The Junior Squad is an introduction to basic training with
development in all strokes. The aim of this
level of squad training is to develop
competitive skills such as dives and turns, all whilst emphasizing
stroke correction.
- Competitive
Squad
The Competitive Squad is ideal for the social swimmer, tri-athlete or junior competitive swimmer.
Concentration is on stroke technique and
correction with a further development of
endurance, sprint work and competition skills.
- State Squad
State Squad is an extension of the competitive squad. These swimmers are focused on aiming for NSW State championships. Swimmers are required to attend a number of sessions.
- National Squad
The National Squad has up to date and highly specialized wet and dry training programs catering for the dedicated swimmer. This is the ideal squad for the swimmer aiming at Age and Open Nationals. Minimum number of sessions and days will be advised by coaching staff.
